Dining Options

Dining at Hunt Community allows for many choices and options. There are two dining areas: The Courtyard Café, located on the third floor, offers a more casual bistro dining experience and is open for all three meals. The main dining room, located on the fourth floor, is designed to provide restaurant style dining in an attractive comfortable atmosphere. Your choices from a selective menu are served by waitstaff each evening and at Sunday noon.

Hunt’s specialty is meeting the needs of residents in a retirement community setting by maintaining a high-level standard of food, quality and service.

Appetizers

Main Courses

• Chicken Picatta
  Boneless breast of chicken lightly floured and sautéed with garlic, lemon, capers and chicken stock.
• Prime Rib Au Jus
  Prime rib of beef seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs and roasted to perfection. Served au jus.
• Shrimp Scampi
  Jumbo Shrimp sautéed in garlic, wine, and butter, topped with diced tomatoes and sliced mushrooms.
• Poached Salmon
  Fresh Atlantic salmon lightly poached in white wine, lemon juice and butter. Topped with hollandaise sauce.
• Grilled Steak
  Tenderloin of beef grilled to your liking.
• Frittata of the Day
  Fluffy egg combined with the topping of the day.
